Conflict Mgmt & Resolution Workshop

Service Description

Designed to be paired with the Keynote, this half-day workshop is designed to take a deeper dive into the power, privilege, and politics that drive conflict in teams. We explore dimensions of diversity, subtle acts of exclusion/micro-aggressions, and vulnerability. We provide experiential learning opportunities with small group breakouts and job-aids to establish accountability within the team and beyond the class.
