Empowerment Coaching identifies areas for change, reframes barriers as learning opportunities, provides clarity and self-awareness through inquiry, mobilizes your personal wisdom and resources, and supports the alignment of your intentions and actions with your purpose.
I love coaching because it empowers you to realize you have all the answers within yourself. It reinforces your sense of worthiness, capability, and wholeness. Ultimately, coaching helps you discover that you are the one you've been looking for.
As your coach, I act as a catalyst for your success, guiding you through the thinking process to identify barriers and solutions that fit your unique style, needs, and talents. I believe you have the best answers for yourself and maintain objectivity while tapping into your experiences and wisdom. I ask many questions and provide few direct answers, fostering a posture of curious questioning to help you achieve satisfactory, confidence-building solutions.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership where I support you in achieving your personal and professional goals. I believe you are creative, resourceful, and whole. My role includes: • Discovering, clarifying, and aligning with what you want to achieve. • Encouraging your self-discovery. • Eliciting your own solutions and strategies. • Holding you responsible and accountable.
Through coaching, you will deepen your learning, improve your performance, and enhance your quality of life. In each session, you choose the focus of conversation, while I listen and contribute observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action. Coaching accelerates progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice, concentrating on where you are now and what you are willing to do to achieve your future goals.
