I am an experienced empowerment coach, founder, and principal coach for Exhale Consulting LLC. I identify as a black woman, wife, mother, daughter, and sister using she/her pronouns.  I hail from a legacy of blockbusters and community champions and am an inspiring change agent in my own right. I am a skilled leader, speaker, strategist, mediator, and motivator with over 25 years of leadership experience leading people and change. I empower confident nonbinary and women leaders to activate diverse and inclusive workplace change by being their authentic selves.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, and a proud mother of three. I was born in Michigan, went to school in Tennessee, and live in Florida. Through this journey, I learned a legacy of community service, cooking, and unconditional love. Most importantly I have learned to understand, harness, and leverage my authentic POWER to evoke inclusive change!

My personal mission is three-fold:

• To teach people to love, invest, and share themselves;

• To assist people in finding their personal joy in life;

• To teach people to value their presence in the world.

A long-time supporter of employee resource groups, I successfully deploy strategies that align recruitment, retention, and advocacy at unprecedented levels, establishing a sustainable support community, strategic resource allocation, connecting organizational resources, and leadership engagement that elevates, celebrates, and retains underrepresented talent. She empowers leaders to live into their values, lead with their strengths, and promote equitable and inclusive workplaces.
