Service Description

A CS Strengths-Based Leadership Development Program for young adults. Grounded in CliftonStrengths, this 3-month program (12 weekly sessions) builds self-determination, goal setting, leadership, decision-making, and progress monitoring skills. Designed for Pre-ETS Self-Advocacy and Work Readiness.

Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance will be forfeited. Exceptions made on a case by case basis.
