Most people don't fail because they lack clarity. They fail because clarity, alone, has never been enough. You've had the insight. You've made the commitment. You've set the goal and written it down and meant it — and then life resumed, the calendar filled, and the version of yourself that was ready to move forward got quietly overrun by the version that was managing everything else. This program exists for that moment. Not to judge it. To interrupt it. Strengths-Based Relentless Accountability is a 3-month coaching engagement built around one deceptively simple premise: accountability works better when it's rooted in who you actually are, not who you think you should be. We use your CliftonStrengths profile to understand how you're wired — how you naturally start, how you stall, where you overextend, and what structures actually hold you. Then we build from there. Relentless doesn't mean harsh. It means we don't stop when it gets uncomfortable. It means we name what's happening and get back to work. What this program includes Session 1 — Honest Starting Point Before accountability can be meaningful, we need to know what's actually true. We assess where you are, what you're carrying, and what's been getting in the way. No performance required. Session 2 — Strengths Activation & Mapping Your CliftonStrengths results aren't just a list of what you're good at. They're a map of how you're built — how you motivate, how you execute, and what it looks like when your strengths work against you. We translate yours into actionable language. Sessions 3–5 — Accountability in Motion Each session begins with a real check-in: what did you commit to, what actually happened, and what does that tell us? We adjust, recommit, and go deeper. The work is cumulative. The progress compounds. Session 6 — Integration & Forward Design Where you started. Where you are. What you're taking forward. We close with a strengths-based action plan you can hold yourself to — whether or not we keep working together. Between sessions This isn't a once-a-month conversation and then silence. Between sessions, you'll have: Reflection prompts aligned to your strengths profile A clear, written commitment from each session Check-in accountability via voice or text when you need it


Cancellation Policy

Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance will be forfeited. Exceptions made on a case by case basis.
